Voted by the Sunday Times as ONE OF THE TEN BEST PLACES TO STAY ON LANZAROTE this renovated and fully modernised farmhouse in the rural village of Soo, near Famara and Teguise, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private FULLY heated pool, (by solar and also by heat pump). Car hire is essential. 'Casa Margarita' has been lovingly restored by John and Jacky Kennedy, who whilst adopting an overall traditional style have created a house where both antique and modern pieces compliment their surroundings. Every modern convenience is incorporated whilst maintaining warmth, rusticity and charm. Prices are competitive and NO high season premiums are charged. The house is both private and spacious, with completely appropriate accommodation for between two and six guests in three separate bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin or double).
We pride ourselves on the quality of both the villa and our service level, which has created an enviable situation where up to 70% of our guests are actually returning again and again. However we do not rest, improving the facilities constantly, maintaining them with pride annually.
Bedrooms are configured as: (Master Bedroom) ) double bed, (Garden Bedroom) double or 2 x twin beds. This bedroom also has a single bed on the mezzanine floor level - suitable for a 10 year + aged child. The "Almacen" Bedroom has a double bed and is located in the second of two walled, private courtyards, both of which are within the curtilage of the main house itself.
